Jilin New Energy Industry Development Policy Research

Energy plays a very important role for economic development and social progress. In recent years, environmental pollution which are threating our health and life is more and more serious. People focus their attention on how to solve the problem about environmental pollution. Jilin dependents on foreign energy up to 50%, which made the province’s economic development is limited by the energy supply. The serious problem of energy security and environmental pollution need to develop alternative energy in Jilin as quickly as possible. Jilin new energy reserves is abundant, and it’s pollution is small. If government support it effectively, Jilin can solve the problem of energy security and environmental pollution effectively. The development of new energy in Jilin province can optimize the energy structure and promote sustainable economic development. Moreover, competition in the future of energy is the main competition of new energy. Develop new energy industries now can control more core technology of new energy industries, occupying the commanding heights of future competition, but also to break the current bottleneck in the development. In summary, the new energy industry in Jilin Province has broad prospects for development, so developing new energy industry is necessary, but also very meaningful.This paper have seven chapters, it’s core part is the third and the fourth chapters. The third chapter studied the wind power industry, solar energy industry and biomass utilization industry,then analyzed the prospects and the necessary for development of new energy industry in Jilin Province.The fourth chapter selects Mongolia, Jiangsu and Heilongjiang provinces to study their wind, solar and biomass energy industry, summing up the enlightenment to other regions of three provinces new energy development. The fifth chapter analyzed the limiting factor for the development of new energy industry in Jilin Province. Finally, based on the foregoing analysis, the article put forward some feasible suggestions about the development of new energy industry in Jilin Province: establish a sound new energy policies;improve the technical level of the new energy industry;build an upstream production of key parts industry links;raise public awareness of new energy products support;establish a sound new energy products market.
