| In order to promote the formation of China’s high-quality economic model,China’s current reform direction is to build a new national industrial policy system with Chinese characteristics that covers and is guided by the whole industrial chain.Recent years have focused on reconstructing national industrial policy system,promoting the competitiveness of industrial chain,and ensuring the security of supply chain.The development mode of the whole industrial chain is an integration of industrial resources,which can reflect the scale effect of industrial agglomeration.By strengthening the control of all links of the industrial chain,enterprises can realize strategic organic synergy in all links of the whole industrial chain,so as to obtain certain advantages in the market competition.Sanquan Food Co.,LTD.(hereinafter referred to as "Sanquan Food")decided to implement the whole industry chain strategy in 2012.Since then,relying on the original advantages of quick-frozen food production and sales links,it has constantly opened up the upper,middle and downstream links of the frozen food industry chain,and a relatively complete whole industry chain system has been formed.This paper will focus on the specific path and risk identification of Sanquan Food to implement the whole industry chain strategy,and summarize experience and lessons for other frozen food enterprises to reshape the whole industry chain.This paper takes Sanquan Food as a case,combing the literature related to the whole industry chain strategy,combining the transaction cost theory,synergistic effect theory and information asymmetry theory,takes Sanquan Food as a case,and adopts SWOT analysis method to analyze the motivation for its implementation of the whole industry chain strategy.And relying on its implementation of the whole industrial chain strategy of the two basic path to carry out the strategy implementation path of risk identification.Next,through comparative analysis of the financial data and historical information of Sanquan Food since the implementation of the strategy,it summarizes the specific risk impact of the strategy on Sanquan Food.Finally,based on the above analysis,suggestions are put forward for the future development of Sanquan Food and frozen food industry.The study found that Sanquan Food mainly realizes its whole industry chain strategy through investment and merger and strategic cooperation.First,in the path of investment and merger and acquisition,Sanquan Food carries out vertical investment and horizontal merger and acquisition,which helps the enterprise to expand the production scale quickly and improve its core competitiveness.Second,in the path of strategic cooperation,Sanquan Food seeks strategic partners in the middle and downstream links,shares research and development resources in the middle reaches,and expands sales channels in the downstream to improve market influence.After the risk identification of Sanquan Food after the implementation of the whole industry chain strategy,it is found that Sanquan Food mainly has operational risk,financial risk,integration risk and quality control risk.The specific performance of the above four risks is analyzed,and the risk prevention and control strategy is proposed for the above risks.Finally,the paper gives suggestions on food safety management,raw material and inventory management,performance appraisal,investment and merger and acquisition for quick-frozen food enterprises that will implement or have implemented the whole industry chain strategy. |
