Ganzhou City Ecological Industrial Park Development Research

Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone approved the establishment and Nanchang are classified as a low carbon economy pilot capital cities marked Jiangxi Province became the focus of China and the world in ecological and economic. Ganzhou City is the largest city with districts, so it must occupy an important position in the eco-economic development in Jiangxi Province. As the industrial system is the key areas of ecological economy, therefore, the development of ecological industry and the construction of Ganzhou City Ecological Industrial Park can promote Ganzhou city to develop ecological economy, to realize" ecological Ganzhou" strategic goal, and also do good to the prosperity of Jiangxi Area. Based on this, this article study on the development of eco-industrial park, hoping to give advice to construct Ecological Industrial Park in Ganzhou city.This thesis mainly contain the following five parts:The first part is to give the background and significance of thesis, combing the theoretical basis of the eco-industrial park and its meaning, characteristics, summed up the successful experience in domestic and international eco-industrial park’s construction, then analyse the existing evaluation index system and evaluation method of eco-industrial park,to provide theoretical and practical guidance for the next study; The second part described the status of the eco-industrial parks in Ganzhou, research the advantages,weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of eco-industrial park’s construction, provide real basis to the next study; The third part is to build a evaluation index system of eco-industrial park, it contain six facets and46indicators, including economic development, ecological environment, eco-industrial, low-carbon city and park management. Then establish fuzzy evaluation model, evaluate the comprehensive development level of the Ganzhou Development Zone, for instance, and give some suggestions; The fourth part is to explore path to construct eco-industrial park in Ganzhou, including develop zoology industry, promote service industry and boom the new industrial park; The fifth part is provide appropriate measures from all of the government, enterprises and social to develop Ganzhou eco-industrial park, the finally part is the conclusions of the text, and the prospect of this subject.
