With the development of economic globalization, the product life cycle is shrinking, the enterprise only using their own resources in the fierce competition in the market has been hard to survive. With JIT, zero inventory, agile manufacturing etc on the strategy of wide implementation, the supply chain got the maximum extent streamlining. However, the brittleness of the supply chain system will continue to increase. Once the outbreak of emergencies, business interruption of the supply chain, will be devastating blow to the chain enterprises. This thesis researches into supply chain emergency management. It describes the concept and characteristics of the supply chain emergencies, based on the mechanism design theory, the game theory, the gray system theory, crisis management theory as well as the entropy theory. This thesis makes some research on the modeling of warning mechanisms and corporate decision-making mechanisms. Finally,an empirical study of the Mengniu Group, proposed feasibility proposal. This thesis obtains the following conclusions.(1)Supply chain emergency is different from the supply chain risk events and crisis, has its unique characteristics.Through the analysis of the characteristics of the emergency, the nature and supply chain complexity, and concludes that the supply chain incident with the inevitability of the need for emergency management system of the supply chain.Through the analysis of establishing the core enterprise supply chain as the core of the supply chain emergency management system, can strengthen supply chain flexibility and robustness of the conclusion.(2)It analyses the current situation of China Dairy supply chain management. It summarizes and analyses the current situation of China Dairy and its supply chain management. It points out the inadequacies of China’s dairy industry, especially in supply chain management in the emergency management of supply chain.(3)Establishing a scientific and reasonable supply chain emergency management system, must straighten out partners relations of cooperation.Through the game model and analysis, it is concluded that the cooperation between supply chain members under the condition of the game easier to realize the whole chain enterprise of benefit maximization.Considering in the dairy industry supply chain can not achieve absolutely fair distribution of interests, this paper presents supply chain risks and benefits of the contribution rate based on resource allocation model. It from the maximum to protect the fairness of the distribution of benefits in the supply chain, members of the supply chain enterprises to participate in the emergency management of the supply chain.(4)In considering the decision makers risk preference are discussed on the basis of more in line with the people of entropy-utility-intuitive risk measure, analyzes the characteristics and proved its rationality.According to the characteristics of the supply chain emergency decision, creative proposed to the supply chain risk measures for emergency decision. The entropy-utility-cost-risk measure introduced emergency supply chain scheme selection decision, builds a supply chain contingency options the decision-making model based on entropy theory, and a numerical example.(5)Finally, based on the analysis of the Mongolian cow group case and the algorithm for example, analyzes the present situation of supply chain Mengniu group, analyzes the Mengniu group implementation supply chain emergency management practice, and combined with Mongolian cow group aflatoxin events, analyzes the Mongolian cow group in supply chain management and emergency loopholes deficiencies gives out emergency management advice supply chain, based on entropy theory proved the validity of the model of supply chain emergency decision.
