Abstract:To realize the harmonious society is not only our onstant and final pursuit but also is the Communist Party’s final pursuit, including The People’s Republic of China.The describes and constructions of the harmonious society of classical Marxists does only enrich the content of harmonious society, but also provides profoundly theoretical evidences.Income allocation problem is an interest problem which the mass concerned about sincerely and it relates to the family stability and social harmony. China, in the critical period, is undergoing social transformation and system transition. In the field of income distribution, the citizens’income allocation has being enlarged gradually. The main aspects are the income discrepancy between cities, districts and difference industry accesses.The main reasons for this discrepancy are that the traditional urban-rural dual structure is unreasonable, the development of regional economy is unbalanced, the unfair reforming advance and the government control are unbalanced. The reality of large discrepancy allocation will have great influence on the sustained and healthy economic development, political stability, the construction of harmonious culture and harmony between man and nature, which hinder the construction of the socialist harmonious society. So the government reports and major conferences in several propose to regulate the income distribution, in order to reverse the trend of widening income gap. In the regulation of income gap problem, with the party’s principles and policies of guiding, accelerates economic development, to deepen system reform, to build a harmonious society, to create a good system environment and to strengthen a government macroscopically adjusting control.
