Building A Harmonious Socialist Society The Context Of The Increase Farmers' Income

Constructing a harmonious socialist society is an important task forour Party from the overall situation of building a well-off society andinitiating a new situation of socialism with Chinese characteristics,which keeps abreast of the objective requirements of China's entry to thecrucial point of the reformation and embodies the ultimate people'sfundamental interest and common wishes. Increasing farmer's income isa must, an important symbol and crucial point on our way of building asocialist harmonious society.At present, farmer's income mainly embodied that the increasingspeed falls behind, the income difference between the urban dwellersand the rural dwellers has enlarged and farmer's income among differentareas has enlarged, too. If we don't take measures in time, theseproblems may become more serious. These problems may impede theall-round development of national economy and rural society. Therefore,under the background of building a harmonious society, the research intoincreasing farmer's income not only is of great theoretical significance,but also of great practical significance.This thesis, from the research into farmer's income, is trying toillustrate that the essence of increasing farmer's income has changed intofarmer's non-agro employment in the new social and economicalbackground. This means that traditional ways of increasing farmer'sincome has outdated, and we must take the general national economyinto consideration. We must connect farmer's income with thedevelopment of three sections. We must connect it closely with the paceof speeding up urbanization.This thesis is made up with three parts:Firstly, this thesis narrates the important roles of increasingfarmer's income under the background of building a harmonious society.In this part, the author points out that increasing farmer's income is amust, an important symbol and crucial point on our way of building aharmonious socialist society.Secondly, the author analyzes the traits of farmer's incomecontemporarily from the point-of-view of increasing speed, rural andurban difference and different areas among farmers, which were notconfronted to our aims to construct a harmonious society. On this basisthe author points out that the essence of farmer's income has changed inthe new time: increasing farmer's income more and more depends on theincreasing of salary. It has changed into a non-agro employment issue. Inthe following parts, the author makes a conclusion of reasons for thetraits of farmer's incme. Finally, the author analyzes the objectivepossibility of increasing farmer's income under the background ofconstructing a harmonious society from the point-of-view of generaleconomy development, indusralization, urbanization and the Party'spolicy support. Based on these analisis, the author points out thatincreasing farmer's income is of great possibility.Thirdly, the author puts forward some advisable suggestions forincreasing farmer's income under the background of building aharmonious society as follows: scientific conceptions of development isthe guideline of increasing farmer's income;social policy and systeminnovation and some concrete measures to ensure the increasing farmer'sincome.
