SAP System Project Of GT Company Schedule And Control

GT company is a high-tech entity that integrates research and development, productdesign, production, distribution and after-sale service. Products are marketing in the domesticmarket. Horns take up over50%market share of car horns. In recent years，GT companystrengthens network infrastructure construction and IT software application investment, andthe whole company’s informatization level is constantly improved. However, everyinformation module of the company is so scattered that it is difficult to form a uniformentirety and high efficiency of management. After the research and analysis of interior andexterior of GT company, we found out the problem and the solution of GT company. Weconclude we can solve the problem and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprise, whichwill meet the requirements of the fierce market competition by the implementation of SAP B1system.Implementation of SAP B1system is a system engineering, to successfully implementSAP B1system, project management is an important role, and the project schedule andcontrol is a key factor, which affects whether the project can be proceeded smoothly, whetherthe rational use of resources and directly relates to the success and failure of project.In this paper, based the research results of domestic and international project scheduleand control, we made thorough research of SAP B1project schedule and control accordingthe condition of GT company. In aspect of making schedule, using brainstorming method andexperience sum-up method are mainly applied to decompose SAP B1project activities andrelated work activities of BPR segments and using the expert judgment method, single timeestimation method and the analogy method to estimate the time of project activities and drawup the project schedule; In aspect of schedule control, we confirm the process and content andmethod in beforehand, in process and afterwards of this project schedule control, usingquality methods including critical path method, FMEA,8D, and failure remove method tomake the project schedule control plan. In the aspects of people, processes, services, theimplement progress of SAP B1projects is successfully ensured.
