At present, because of the fierce competition in the market economy, overload-work and job pressure which is too heavy to bear, is now become a social phenomenon, such as" the death of overload-work ","the thirteen jump of Foxcon". The phenomenon has aroused the widespread concern, people are more eager to balance work, life and health of the relationship between the three, to pursue the quality of life. At the same time, as a separate" individual", organizations has its own demand on QWL. Organizations has the same desire to higher efficiency and benefit, more good organizational culture and image to win in such fierce competed market. Therefore, how to effectively carry out QWL, became, not only is the staff, as well as the organization, the most pressing needs.According to Seashore&Taber’s study, this research finds that, quality of work life is the different meaning for different object, that is the QWL based on the perspective of workers is different from the QWL based on the perspective of organization. QWL of workers is mainly based on the perspective of workers, this perception, however, can not replace the organization’s hopes for the QWL. Therefore, this research proposes the concept of QWL of organization. Based on the reviews of the previous QWL studies, we found that the scholars from different counties were more focused on the quality work life in individual perspective, but there is no research on the organizational perspective, so this study is about QWL of organization to fill the gap in this theoretical research.This study aims to construct the evaluating indicator system of quality of work life of organization and applied to the company. At first, reviews the previous related theories and the Social exchange theory in detail, this research proposes the concept of QWL of organization. And proposes the influencing factors and evaluation indicators of quality of work life of organization. Use the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) to make an empirical study of evaluation indicators of quality of work life of organization to get the weight and the rank of each dimension and indicator, which is in order to form the evaluation indicator system. The research makes the system into an evaluation table to apply in a company to check it, using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and get the status of the QWL of organization of this company. This research is divided in to six parts as followed.1. Introduction. This part introduces the background of the research, how the question is put forward, the research significance, the research methods、the framework of research and the innovations.2. Literature review. This part reviews the related research of QWL of workers, the Social exchange theory, and some related research of QWL of organization, which includes the related research of organization Atmosphere, Organization Competence, Organization Performance and Organizational Image.3. The research on the QWL of organization. This part introduces the concept of QWL of organization, the dimension and evaluation indicators of quality of work life of organization.4. Investigation of questionnaire and data analysis. The part will show the results from the survey and statistics. First of all, introduce the design and the recycling of the questionnaire. Secondly, the analytic hierarchy process will be introduced in detail. Finally, though applying the AHP method, we will get the weight and the rank of each dimension and indicator, than can construct the evaluation index system of organizational QWL.5. Application validation. This is a major part of the research for the indicator system for practical application and validation.6. Research conclusions. This part includes the results of data analysis, main conclusions and suggestions, limitations, and prospects of future research.In a word, this innovates of this research as follows:(1)This research is based on a new perspective of organization to study QWL, to a certain extent, this study expand the scope of the QWL theory.(2)According to the related research of QWL of workers and the Social exchange theory, this research proposes the concept of QWL of organization, and proposes the influencing factors and evaluation indicators of quality of work life of organization to form the evaluation indicator system.(3)Use the Analytic Hierarchy Process to make a study of evaluation indicators of quality of work life of organization to get the weight and the rank of each dimension and indicator.
