Modern internet technology promotes the development of knowledge economy, in the era of knowledge economy, to employee more knowledge workers means to possess unlimited potential of the future development of the enterprise. The Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China proposed the 13th Five-Year Plan for Economic and Social Development of the People's Republic of China, this plan suggest that the talent person and employment strategy as a priority development strategy. This means China has put Talent development strategy to an important and high value position. The proportion of knowledge workers in the enterprise continue to grow. Currently, much defects and problems exist among the incentives of knowledge workers in high-tech enterprises in China. which causes serious staff turnover, the imbalance between supply and demand of knowledge workers and the lack of effective incentives. The human resources in the enterprises need to pay more attention to the management of knowledge workers. How to motivate the knowledge workers effectively become a new difficult challenges. The enterprises need to take continually breakthrough innovation on management to achieve the goal.In connection with the situation in macro-economic development and the management of knowledge workers in enterprises in China, this dissertation conduct deeply researches on the incentive situation. Combined with Principles of Management, Principles of Economics, Foundations of Organization Structure, Principle of Statisticsnd other disciplines related content, this dissertation summarize incentive theory among the traditional management. Widely Absorbing meaningful academic achievements, this dissertation sort and summarize the incentives factors and the regular appropriate pattern on the knowledge worker. In order to expound this theory, the research has combined comprehensive-theoretical-analysis,case-compari son-analysis, empirical-research-analysis. To make this research more practical and targeted, this dissertation carried out questionnaire survey in one high-tech institution in Xi'an. The questionnaire survey includes two parts-incentive factor and methods. Incentive factor was carried by the way of ordering, and the methods were by weighting-scores options. By quantitatively analyzed the data feedback with the effective questionnaire survey 120 among the total 137. Recommending practical improvement suggestions, this dissertation carried on a further research and study on how to make incentive mechanism much targeted and operational in enterprise in China.
