Professor Von Hippel of MIT in the1970s firstly proposed the new revolutionary theory that "users are innovators ", since then, user innovation of the theory and practice of study overseas has been vigorously unfolded, however, in our country user innovation theory with practice and related field study also excite insufficient attention, few studies are still focused on oversea study status of literature review, this paper studies take innovation source theory and innovation motivation theory as the theoretical basis and centralized discusses user participation innovation motivation, innovation behavior influencing factors, established the theoretical model, with our country’s consumers as an example, the model testthe result shows that the user innovation demand and innovation behaviors significantly correlative;In the lead user variables to adjust action, innovation benefit and innovation behavior significantly correlative; In the lead user variables to adjust action.sticky information and innovation behaviors significantly correlative; Innovation achievement and innovation behaviors significantly correlative;Lead users are more intense in perception of innovation motivation than ordinary users, also more willing to carry out innovation behavior.This research makes up a theoretical blank in sdudying consumption field to the user innovation behavior influencing factors, hope that there may be practical significance for future scholars of theoretical study and enterprise guide user participation innovation.Based on the research of the motivation of user innovation, users can obtain benefit, perception innovation products can’t satisfy his needs of consciousness, and information communication channels between manufacturers and users can not unblocked.Innovation products can feel brought great sense of accomplishment for users, that stimulate the users to produce of innovation behavior. In brief, to be incentivation and development platform for user innovation, we wish to for enterprise take advantage of user innovation, but also provides a reference for the government to support user innovation to provide valuable ideas and strategies.
