Research On The Effect Factors Of Idea Adopted In Online User Innovation Community

Abstract/Summary:
As the scale of users continues to grow in community,companies are facing challenges in managing online communities and assessing user creativity.Based on the theoretical perspective of information cognition,the object of the research is the idea and users in MIUI BBS.Exploring the effect of idea and user features on the idea adoption empirical analysis in online user innovation community,as well as the regulation of the community,adopted ideas,then combined with the results and put forward management implications,which provide important theoretical support and scientific guidance for companies screening idea and encouraging users.This paper collected 3049 ideas from 2010 to 2016 through crawler software in MIUI BBS community,and analyzed relevant data using stata12.0 software and excel2013.The main conclusion of this paper include: first the social correlation degree of users has a significant positive influence on the idea adoption,namely,the number of friends visits of users promote the adoption of their ideas in the community;Second,the user’s participation depth has a significant negative influence on the idea adoption,namely,the user group inhibits the idea adoption of the innovation community.Third,the user’s participation intensity has a significant positive influence on the idea adoption,namely,the original idea of the user,the previous submitted comments,and the online time are conducive to the idea adoption in the community.Fourth,there is no significant correlation between community identity of the idea and idea adoption,that is,the comments and scores received by the idea have not affected the idea adoption;Fifth,the content length of the idea has a significant negative influence on the idea adoption.The number of images contained in the idea and the idea adoption are inverted u-shaped relation,that is,the right amount of image supplement can help to create.That is,an appropriate amount of picture supplement can help the idea adoption,the excessive picture will suppress the community to adopt the idea;Sixth,community,s adopted idea has significant positive moderation effect on the content length and idea adoption,that is,community,adopted idea suppresses the negative effects of the content length to the idea adoption.But community,adopted idea has not significant adjustment between images and idea adoption.Seventh,user,s original idea has significant positive moderation effect on the images and idea adoption,that is,user,s original idea promotes the positive effects of the reasonable images to the idea adoption,and suppresses the negative effects of the excessive images to the idea adoption.But user,s original idea has not significant adjustment between the content length and idea adoption.
