The rapid development of global economy and the quick pace of processin integration of the world economy,is an important opportunity and challengeto our country enterprises: The opportunity lies in enterprise speeding uppace of “go-out”, by introducing advanced technology of the Westtransnational corporation,studying it’s advanced management experience topromote enterprise quality;The challenge lies that competing situation facedwith our country enterprises in domestic and international market isrigorous,the enterprise will face all kinds of risk。Track equipment manufacturing industry is the key one in China machineryindustry and the important component of national economy。In recent years,the industry has made great strides in development,In2004,the keyenterprises of both of CSR and CNR,introducing advanced technology fromforeign industry giant, investing heavily to renew and replace withproduction line,made a rapid development。Related enterprises have carriedout independent innovation based on digesting and absorbing advancedtechnology of foreign industry giant,they have developed200km/h EMU oflong marshalling,300km/h EMU,a new generation of high-speed EMU and a seriesof innovative products from2005to now。that indicating in china trackequipment manufacturing industry has reached international advanced level。But negative effects gradually revealed,such as the continued expansion ofproduction capacity,the saturation of domestic market,the aggravation ofindustry competition,“go-out”,developing international strategy become theinevitable choice to track equipment manufacturing enterprises in china。S locomotive company is subordinate to CSR and the key enterprise of CSR,it’s overall strength locating in the front row of domestic track equipment manufacturing industry,and it’s main product is high-speed EMU,city subwayand top grade coach。After one hundred years development,in the “eleventhfive-year plan” period especially, in Railway department’s favor of“great-leap-forward development strategy of railway”,the comprehensiveability and management level of S locomotive company got elevatedsubstantially,that’s product category got upgraded from single coach toEMU,city subway and top grade coach now。In the“twelfth five-year”period,the company will focus on developing internationalization operation strategy,the way to get into international market by single import and export tradeformerly changing direction gradually into the way of future internationalmarket developing and international investment,therefore,with the newsituation and environment,the systematic research to S locomotive companyinternalization strategy is very meaningful。Based on the related theory as a foundation,the article proposesthe principle of internationalization strategy drawn up,puts forwarddifferent sub-strategy in the field of resource、technology、market、brand,etc,construct a fairly complete internationalization strategy system of Slocomotive company。Finally, the article puts forward four measures andsuggestions with regard to the concrete implementation in S locomotivecompany internationalization strategy in order to enhance it’s realsignificance。...
