The market competition environment changes continually, from the product war tothe price war, to the brand war, these wars are ultimately a war of competition forcustomers, the customer is the most fundamental driving force of market competition.To get the favor of the customer, it needs to understand the true meaning of thecustomer value and meet customers’ needs. To meet customers’ needs, only relying ona particular aspect of the industry chain is not enough, all aspects of the industry chainneed to work together, and the collaboration of the all aspects of the industry chaincan improve the competitiveness of the industry chain and the level of customer value.There is an important link between customer value and the industry chain. On the onehand, the customer value is created by the industry chain aspects together, on theother hand, the formation of customer value is an important linkages between variousaspects of the industrial chain. Therefore, the industry chain collaboration based oncustomer value chain collaboration is good to improve the level of customer value andthe competitiveness of the whole industry chain.To build the basic system of the industry chain collaboration is useful to promotemutual cooperation between the various aspects of the industry chain. Firstly,combined with the changes in the marketing environment and consumer behavior, todraw the customer value including the product value, the service value, the moneycost, the time cost, etc, and clarify specific performance of each of the constituentelements. Secondly, to divide the industrial chain on general sense, and divide theindustrial chain into product design, manufacturing, etc, and analysis the role of eachaspect of the industry chain clearly. Thirdly, ascertain the relationship between thevarious constituent elements of customer value and the all aspects of the industrychain. On this basis, establish the basic collaboration system of the industrial chain.The basic collaboration system of the industrial chain is founded around the customervalue, supported by the concept of support, the formation mechanism, incentivemechanism and punishment mechanism, the concept of support is the basic guidingideology, the formation mechanism is the key, he formation mechanism, incentivemechanism and punishment mechanism are essential safeguards.
