With the continuous development of China's automobile industry,the current annual output and sales of China's automobile have both ranked first in the world,China has quietly become the largest car market in the world.From the development trend of view,competition among car manufacturers have been exte nding from the product itself level to the automotive after-sales service.Automo tive aftermarket is the most stable source of profit in the car industry chain, a ccounting for 60%-70%in total profit.It can be said that,for a car manufacture r,after-sales service will become the key to winning in the fierce market comp etition.For some of small and medium automobile manufacturing enterprises of C hina, due to their relative lag of after-sales service systems and the traditional business management practices,their after-sales service still exist some proble ms,for example,the upstream and downstream of industry chain is not smooth f or exchanging information,and business processes are not coordinated,and the le vel of informatization construction is low.They have reduced the company's cor e competitiveness greatly.With the expanding of business and the increasing of competition,through integrating upstream and downstream auxiliary enterprises, manufacturing enterprises bring aftermarket business into the informatization m anagement track,thus achieve information smooth and business collaboration in the whole industry chain.This is the key to improve competitiveness of enterpri ses.However, the small and medium enterprises's current financial strength and technological level are very limited,they are impossible to put their limited res ources into design,development,operation and maintenance of informatization ma nagement systems.Therefore,enterprises urgently need to get help from the third-party power to build informative service management system.The ASP presents a new application mode for small and medium enterprise informatization throu gh using its scale advantages.This paper have elaborated car service theorises and industry chain collab oration theorises and management information system theories.And it,based on r esearching and analysing service model and service processes of DZ company,a nd aimed at business issues between automotive manufacturers and service stati ons,and based on the idea of industrial chain coordination,have put forward a kind of car after-sales service management system architecture oriented automo bile industry chain collaboration,and planned the goals and the corresponding f unction modules of the system,and deeply studied the "three pack service" and performance evaluation of service stations and other issues.In the "three pack service",this paper have built the "three pack service" information model thro ugh using modern information technologies,and designed optimizely the process of the "three pack service";In the service station performance evaluation,this paper established the model of service station performance evaluation by adopti ng Topsis algorithm based on entropy weight.On this basis,this article have dis cussed the construction model of the management system and related technolog ies about development.Under the Windows XP operating system and the SQL S erver 2005 database,this paper,using ASP.NET platform and C # development la nguage,have developed the system and achieved a part of functions,such as ser vice stations submit business applications or service documentations quickly an d easily,automobile manufacturers visit and audit documents timely,service stati ons query and browse documents processing online, the users operate different management module under the appropriate privileges,and so on.The final achiev ement of the system can play a role in promoting business collaboration for th e automobile manufacturers and their synergic service stations,and even the wh ole industrial chain.
