Correlation Study On The Human Capital Of High-tech Enterprise And Enterprise Value

With the development of knowledge economy, human capital has become the source of enterprises to keep sustainable competitive advantage and good financial performance. Especially high-tech enterprises, which have to innovate knowledge and technology, are more dependent on the development and management of human capital to create value.First this paper analyzes the research on enterprise human capital and enterprise value, and defines the enterprise human capital, high-tech enterprise and enterprise value. Then the relationship between human capital of high-tech enterprise and enterprise value is qualitatively analyzed based on Enterprise Resource-Based Theory and value management theory. According to theoretical analysis, enterprise human capital is strategic resource. It makes the enterprise Abstract. heterogeneity of human capital determines the different types of human capital in high-tech enterprises of the impact on enterprise value different. Human capital flow on the enterprise value are of positive and negative two effects.At the same time the enterprise value will promote the accumulation and improvement of the human capital in turn.On the basis of theoretical analysis, the paper studies on our country High-tech industry listed companies, and analyzes the relationship between high-tech enterprise human capital and enterprise value empirically. Through the correlation analysis and regression analysis, the paper concludes high-tech enterprise human capital is positively correlated with enterprise value, and human capital flow is not significantly related to enterprise value. Finally, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the management of high-tech enterprise human capital to search for possible way increasing the value of the enterprise.
