Enterprise strategy is an important factor in the choice of direction and decision making in business management and development. It is also central to win against market competition. In recent years, the development of the telecom industry has been slowing down gradually since it is in the late maturity stage. In order to adapt change of internal and external environment, China telecom put forward the strategic aim of transforming.G Telecom Company is a subsidiary of China Telecom Groups, one of the major telecom companies in the western region of China. To research the core of competitiveness and strategic positioning of G Telecom Company, and look for the countermeasure of the transformation. To provide a certain reference to China Telecom to continue the strategic transformation in the background of "combination of3networks" and full-service operation.The main research contents of this thesis consists of six chapters:Chapter1is the introduction, about the research methods and significance. Chapter2is the analysis of internal environment of G Telecom Company, including Organization structure, business structure, market share, profitability, human resources, corporate culture etc. Chapter3is the analysis of the external environment of G Telecom Company, including the macro environment, industry development process and trend, competition pattern etc.Chapter4is the SWOT analysis method for G Telecom Company, to determine its core competitiveness and the choice and aims of the development strategy based on the core advantage. The strategic aim of transforming to become a western-class modern integrated information service provider; to occupy a dominant position in the information construction in Guangxi.Chapter5is the description of specific Security measures from4aspects:market development, network development, finance, organization based on the choice and aims of the development strategy.Chapter6is the conclusion.
