Research On The Bot Mode Of Finance For Urban Infrastruture Project In Our Country

The development of economy in China is rapid for the moment. It brings on a great demand for the urban infrastructure construction. But there is a big problem that we have a shortage of funds. The results show that using the BOT mode of finance for urban infrastructure is an effective measure in developed country. But we have not enough experience in this way. So this paper is to help us to learn more about the BOT mode of financing, such as the theory, the Operation, the economic and the risk. Through the learning and the case of Foshan sewage treatment plants which are in BOT mode, we can offer the rich experience to the other people.First, this paper analyses the actuality of Project finance for urban infrastructure in China. Second, it introduces the essential of BOT mode such as the theory, the feature, the capital, the frame and the operation. Then Combines with the BOT mode development of urban infrastructure in our country, analyses the key to success and the existing problems. Then the project of Foshan sewage treatment plant is used for verification the BOT mode. On the base, the feasibility of this project is studied seriously, and the actual operation of this project is confirmed. Last, through the quantitative and directional analysis method researches the risk, and formulates the risk prevention measures.
