Along with our country economy and the rapid development of society, increasingly rich material life, and Festival holiday leisure time increasing, more and longer, it is an urgent need for higher quality of spiritual life. Tourism became a tourist rest and relaxation, edifies sentiment, creating life in important ways, and has become a tourist to pursue a higher level of the spiritual needs of the preferred."Xijiang Garden" Tourism Area of Wuming County is an exquisite scenery tourist area with odd mountains, rich tourism resources. But it still faces a lot of development problems, such as shortage of funds, lack of capable personnel, environmental pollution. Although already caused the government’s attention, but in the face of tourism competition and threats,"Xijiang Garden" will usher in more difficulties and challenges. Researches must be conducted to tackle those problems to make "Xijiang Garden" get more reception capacity and develop continuously.The research methods used in this paper are literature retrieval, qualitative research, system analysis and the questionnaire survey. This paper presents the background and the significance of topics, the technology roadmap, the research methods and innovation of the research. Subsequent, The author from the domestic and foreign tourism, tourism products and other theories, based on the related literature of understanding, to the tourism product concepts, this part of the research base.Then, the author uses the method of investigation and research, the "Xijiang Garden" tourism resources, tourism product development situation analysis, find the problem, and the tourism resources were classified as "Xijiang Garden", tourism product development and provide the basis for resources and development strategy.Through systematic research method further analysis "Xijiang Garden" tourism resource, put forward "Xijiang Garden" tourism product development of specific principles and strategies, including strengthening propaganda, tourism functional zoning, change management, product marketing strategy as well as in the actual operation on the level of the tourism product development path reference and guidance, this is the core part of this paper.According to the needs of "Xijiang Garden" tourism economy and requirement of tourism marketing, the last chapter puts forward the measures of "Xijiang Garden" leisure tourism product development and protection, include the tourism area established by government, enterprise, village cooperative relations, increasing scientific and technological investment, environment protection, strengthening the management, perfecting the law system, strengthening the training of practitioners, strengthening infrastructure construction, the establishment of joint promotion alliance, and safeguard measures.The innovation points of this article are "Xijiang Garden" tourism resources classification, and establishment of tables of leisure tourism resources classification. According to the classification of different kinds of resources of the special condition and market demand,"Xijiang Garden" Tourism Division can be divided into three product function zones, namely self-cultivation zone, entertainment and cultural participation zone, and Adventures zone. The paper also puts forward the tourism product development strategy of different functional zones.
