Strategic Study On Ecomomic Development Of Hekou Yunnan

County economy is the basic unit of the national economy and plays an important position in the national economic system. Boosting the county economy is the need of achieving the goal of building a moderately prosperous society, is the breakthrough point of breaking the urban-rural dual structure, is an important entry point of solving the "three rural" issues. Therefore, to study the county’s economic development strategy deeply has a great significance for China’s economic and social development. In this paper, writer carries out the scientific development strategy to promote the county economy rapid and sustainable development of HeKou, by the comprehensive study on economic development of HeKou and on the basis of the achievements and the problems in exploring its economic development.This article includes seven parts, the following major elements:The first section sets out the backgrounds significance、methods and ideas of this paper. The second section describes the county theoretical issues and the development of strategic theory. The third part analyzes the present situation of the HeKou county economic development, and finds out the problems of the HeKou county economic development by the regional comparison. The fourth part is the environmental analysis and analyzes the advantages and constraints of the county economic development of HeKou. The fifth part is the main driving factors of the HeKou county economic development and uses gray relational model to analyze the main factors that affect the county economic development of HeKou. The sixth part is the core content of this article. This article has a clear development strategy objectives and the general idea, and proposes a strategic approach and strategic initiatives on the basis of analyzing the strategic environment and influencing factors of HeKou county economy. Finally, the article summarizes the basic conclusions, innovative content of the paper and the lack of paper.
