The Study On Optimizing Distribution Of Marine Industry In Hekou Distict, Dongying City

The 21^st century is called as"Marine Century". Along with the population growth, the exhaustion of land resources as well as the reduction of spatial development in land, the better use of oceanic resources and development of marine economy are the important approaches for relieving the pressures from the over population, shortage of natural resources and environmental pollution. It is a strategic choice for realizing the fast economic growth and powering the economic strength of China. The dissertation explores the approaches for marine economic development, the selection and cultivation of key oceanic industries, the layout of marine economy in the new era of economic development in Hekou District as well as the related strategies and measures with an aim of providing guidance for local governments and authorities of different levels to formulate policies of promoting sustainable, fast, and healthy development of marine economy.As the biggest district of Dongying city, Hekou District has its advantage, potentiality and hope in the marine economy. It has a very long coastline, abundant marine resources, convenient transportation and so on. Hekou District is really such a place of"rich with fishing, beautiful with landscape and excellent with harbor". The economy of Hekou district has close relation with ocean. So, the author elects Hekou district as the object of study in the distribution of marine industry. On the basis of combining depth with width macro analysis and with micro analysis, theory with reality, and quantitative analysis, this article analyses deeply the characteristics, mechanism and evolving trend of the distribution of marine industry in Hekou district. Some adjusting methods and strategies are herein put forward.In view of the layout of the marine industry and applied research in fundamental theory is still relatively weak, the optimizing layout of the regional marine industry's fundamental theory, the optimizing layout of the regional marine industry in Hekou district, Dongying City, as well as accelerating the optimization and upgrading of the layout of marine industry are the innovation of this article.
