With the development of China’s market economy, an increasingly competitive, effective management of human resources has become an important way for enterprises to gain competitive advantage. Performance management is an important part of human resources, performance appraisal is a key part of performance management, plays an important role in enterprise to achieve strategic objectives. But how to evaluate of the work of departments and staff exactly, establish a performance appraisal system that approiate for actual business, it is a problem that domestic and foreign companies to explore for many years but is not well solve.JQ’s performance appraisal system for the study, in-depth study and discussion of the theories and methods of performance appraisal. Combined with the the JQ company’s status quo, conducted a comprehensive and systematic assessment of the status quo of JQ, through field surveys, interviews, etc., to find out the main problems and the status of performance appraisal of JQ company. With the methods of systems thinking to elaborate the design ideas of performance appraisal system of JQ company. On the basis of job analysis, use fishbone diagrams and Management by objectives, assessment method of the key performance indicators, combined with the company’s actual down to every level of the company’s strategic objectives to the various departments and posts. Establish a quantitative evaluation system of work performance and ability to work, work attitude of the qualitative evaluation and examination system, and improve company management and assessment indicators of the general staff. The design of key assessment indicators, the weight distribution, and clear appraisal cycle processes, strengthen and enrich the results of the exam feedback and to improve and fill the blank of the the JQ company in the performance appraisal system links.The establishment of a performance appraisal system is a complex and challenging projects, establishment of performance appraisal system to try to JQ JQ further performance assessment of practical significance to help the JQ enrich and improve the performance management system to lay the foundation for to provide some reference to the performance management of other forestry companies.
