Study On Evaluation And Realization Of Rural Circular Economy In Jiangsu

China has paid adequate attention to circular economy and put forward an initiative of developing circular economy in rural area. It was effective to raise the utilization rate of resource for realizing rural circular economy, which contributed to build a resource thrift and environment friendly society. To Jiangsu, it firstly made the plan on circular economy and put it into practice. The experiments on realizing circular economy has been carried forward, that included a total of108experimental units, and related to diverse areas such as development zones, industrial parks, the countryside, industrial enterprise, three production (service industry). For the time being, initial success has been given, but still not popular. Only model villages had good situation. How to further develop circular economy in rural areas should be focused on and considered now. Under the supervision for devoting major efforts to developing circular economy in China, this thesis had promotion and realization of rural circular economy.For the first, this thesis outlined the present study on circular economy at home and abroad, and elaborated on the research results, as a guide for this article. On that basis, sustainable development theory, systematic engineering theory and the value theory of environmental resources were probed into and became the theoretical support to this paper.Secondly, based on fundamental theory on circular economy and according to the significance, a suit of scientific and integrated evaluation indicators system of circular economy is attempted to be set up from rural resource, environment and economy, society. Taking the current technological conditions into account, this thesis looked up in many yearbooks from2005to2009, collected datas related and selected the datas by principal component analysis,which making Geographic Features in Jiangsu.Lastly, comprehensive evaluation is given about the present development of rural circular economy using AHP. Then this article deeply analysed the obstructive factor which was made from the angles of sustainable development theory. On the basis of the above, the effective ways to vigorously develop circular economy was explored. All these offered scientifical rule and actual basis to build ecological villages, rationalize rural industrial structures, eliminate obstructive factors and to accomplish "green Jiangsu". The content of this thesis was of greatpractical and theoretic significance.
