Based On The Fault Tree Of The Agricultural Firm IT Project Risk Analysis

System fault tree analysis, referred to as FTA (Fault Tree Analysis), which usesfault tree form analysis method, is used to determine which components of the failuremode or external events or a combination of them, may cause the product to a givenfailure mode. It project risk management the commonly used one kind of analysismethod, is recognized at home and abroad in the evaluation of complex systemreliability and safety of a practical method. Faulttree analysis includes fault tree qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, inwhich the qualitative analysis to the minimal cut sets and minimal path set based.Fault tree output part is the use of Microsoft Office Visio tools for drawing fault tree.In this thesis, agricultural firms hardware and software system fault and thefunction modules as the top event, to analyse the causes of the top event relatedevents, through two different angles of the construction process, the fault event todivide and rule, get system more comprehensive risk information, in order to improvethe design, improve the operation and repair scheme, design a project characteristicsof the process of the risk analysis model, achieve the comprehensive, accuratedetermination system inherent or potential of a variety of causes, for the project riskmanagement research to provide certain theoretical value and practical valueobjective.
