An inevitable,human resources management and control as an important part of the Group’s control can not be ignored in the group control plays an important role. However, in reality, human resources management and control of the parent and subsidiary companies appear a lot of problems in the course of practice of the various Group companies. the study of human resource management and control is the needs of the real work and the requirements of future development trends.The author of the serve of the T Group as the object of study, to solve the realitic problem that T group at present are facing in the human resources management and control, on the basis of summing up the domestic and foreign Group control and human resources management and control-related theory and research, The author Carried out this study.
