With the fast tempo of modern life and the heavy pressure, the employee’s psychological health problem is much more concerned than before. Based on this situation, to prevent from causing employee’s health problems, the essay studies a module that provides psychological health education service for employees in the enterprise under the support of U-learning theory, thus using the related technology to achieve purpose.Through the analysis about the employee’s health education development, it builds web psychological health education-oriented interfering mechanism and service module which associated with entity psychological consultant. Combined with these two modules, the work of employee’s psychological health education can be optimal and employee’s psychological health can be improved.The employee’s psychological health platform is designed and developed by applying ASP.NET and SQL2005. The platform is targeted at psychological health education, consisting of psychological knowledge education module, psychological consultant and treatment module, psychological test and assessment module, psychological revisit module and user management module etc. The first two modules not only provide psychological health knowledge but also make employee’s free life colorful. Psychological test and assessment module and psychological revisit module are used for reflecting psychological consulting results. Because of the creation and usage of the platform, employee’s Psychological health and work efficiency are both improved. In addition, the platform uses pushing tools like micro-blogging and application of wireless local area network (WLAN). These technologies not only provide professional and real-time service for better psychological health, but also make the platform safe, easy-operational, easy-maintainable and easy-extendable. Through the networking and digitalization of employee’s psychological health education, the essay makes it more objective and time-effective, thus achieving soft management.
