In growth state of social formation, aggravated competition and fasted life-style enrich modern man’s material life but substract inner life. Problems such as, being out of employment, job pressures, family income, human relations, personal sense of emergency etc., has became a major factor to influence employee’s mental health. In the other aspect, as the increasing on marketing risk and enterprises pressure, the requirement for employee is higher than ever before. Modern employee must face to prominent problems related to salary level, technical assessment, determining professional titles, promotion, personal developing or in other aspects, so that psychological and physiological questions have been coming up under these and survival and development in enterprises have been challenged. A lack of activity mental statement causes to slacking, despair, absenteeism and resigning, that the whole business is running in inefficient conditions.EAP(employee assistance programs) is a long-standing welfare and supporting programs for employee set up by organizations. It will help employee on diagnosis, evaluation, training, instruction and consulting to solve their own and family problems on mental or behaviors in order to improve employee’s mental health and working efficiency that management and profit can be made better. EAP plays a important role to improve the quality of employee’s working and life environment and strengthen business core competitiveness. So, EAP is considered a combine strategy to solve employee’s problems which effect on working behavior and health.According to the background, definition and study patten of EAP, the research apply to theoretical study and case study expound positive significance for modern business. Further more, base on the above theory, this research force on a case study in XY company. By analyzing the application of EAP in XY company, this research show out the existing problems, solutions and conclusion.
