As the gradual development of golf industry in China, it has become a significant trend that many golf clubs are gradually developing into integrated leisure enterprises with golf as the core business. As a result of golf returning to the Olympics in 2009, the public's attention to golf is constantly strengthened. While China's golf is reaching the international standards, it will definitely have a significant development. It is also facing great challenges like how to better exploit market, promote the products and service quality, create a golf mode with"Chinese characteristics", especially in the management and operation aspects, such as course management and operation, tournament management and operation, personnel training and development management, etc. Human resources development as a major content of modern enterprise human resources management has become increasingly important in the enterprise management. It also generates an important role in the long-term and effective development of integrated leisure enterprises with golf as the core business. However, the research on domestic golf leisure tourism is weak, and the research on human resources development of the integrated leisure enterprises of golf industry is almost blank.Shenzhen Mission Hills Golf Club as the pioneer of China's leisure industry integrating the operational management experience of the international golf sports leisure industry innovates its complete management model and standards, and becomes a model of the domestic golf industry. Therefore, this article takes Shenzhen Mission Hills Golf Club as an example, through in-depth interviews and explorations in some domestic golf clubs of this type, researches human resources development of the integrated leisure enterprises, analyzes their present situations of human resources development, puts forward some advices in view of its human resources development especially the existing employee training and development problems, and provides some references to domestic golf clubs of this type on effective human resources development and management.This article consists of the introduction, the main body, and the conclusion, including the contents as follow:The first chapter: this section illustrates the background of choosing this topic, reviews present researches on golf tourism and corporate human resources development, and introduces the article's research significance, main contents, methods and innovations.The second chapter: This section mainly reviews the development of domestic and international golf leisure tourism and the related enterprises, introduces and compares the present situation of human resources development in integrated leisure enterprise of golf home and abroad, discusses the main theories in researching the human resources development of the integrates leisure enterprises of golf.The third chapter: this chapter reviews Shenzhen Mission Hills Golf Club's brief introduction, general human resource situation, the staff recruitment and selection, the staff training and training system, and the staff incentive mechanism, analyzes the existing problems and influential factors of Shenzhen Mission Hills Golf Club's human resources development based on the analysis of the questionnaires and the interviews with professionals.The fourth chapter: this chapter presents corresponding suggestions and countermeasures on the human resources development problems especially employee training of Mission Hills Golf Club and other domestic integrated leisure enterprises of golf by combining the human resources development theory and the learning organization theory.The fifth chapter: this chapter summarizes the meaningful experience of Shenzhen Mission Hills Golf Club's human resources optimization allocation, staff training and staff quality mould, talent cultivation, and employee career development, which aims to help domestic enterprises of the same type to complete its human resources development and management.Conclusion: the study conclusion.
