In recent years,the cost of human resources has been increasing year by year.In 2008,the labor contract law was officially promulgated,and the human cost of labor increased sharply,especially in the labor-intensive tourism enterprises.Lasted for 30 years,golf industry was founded in 1984,and has begun to take shape since then.Human resource management also face the problem of how to effectively control the cost,and improve the efficiency of manpower input and output at the same time.Based on the concrete practice of the study on human resources cost control of Y golf club,this paper uses the questionnaire survey,data analysis and case analysis together.By understanding the theoretical knowledge of human resources cost,this paper carries on in-depth analysis on manpower cost control of Y club on the implementation of policies,measures and problems,then put forward the strategy to solve the problems.This paper is divided into six chapters.The contents of each part are as follows:The first chapter,introduction,introduced the realistic background and research significance,i.e.the golf club is in urgent need of specification golf club management,according to the operating characteristics of golf club itself scientific and reasonable configuration and control of human resources cost,improve labor productivity.Then introduce the main contents and methods of this paper,summarizes relevant literatures,and puts forward the innovation points of this paper.The second chapter,the theoretical basis for research,mainly introduces the basic concept of the human cost,mainly studies the structure and measurement method of the human cost,which provides a starting point and tools for this article's quantitatively analyzing the human cost of the Y club.For human cost control concept,goal,principles,difficulties and corresponding index system is expounded and the research,qualitative analysis Y club for this article the problems existing in the human cost control measures and corresponding solution strategy to provide theoretical basis.The third chapter,the human cost status of Y golf club is combed and studied.Firstly,the human resource situation of the club is analyzed,according to the composition and measurement mode of human cost,the current situation of human resources in Y club is analyzed,and the existing problems are summarized.The fourth chapter mainly introduces the current measures to control the cost of labor,analyzes its advantages and points out the problems faced by the cost control.The fifth chapter.In order to solve the problems existing in the human cost control of Y club,several strategies will be put forward based on model of human cost control.The sixth chapter.Conclusion of the article,discussing the deficiencies and the problems that need to be solved in the future.
