Corporate culture management is praised highly by more and more domestic and overseas enterprises after experience mananagement, scientific management and behavior management.The view that the building of Corporate culture plays significant role in enhancing of cohesive force, improving of integral Competency and competitiveness for enterprise is accepted increasingly. And the building of Coporate culture had become the effective management method and intellectual impetus to improve the business performance.This paper, brief the theory of Corporate culture firstly, including concept structure theory and research of measuring and diagnosis of coporate culture, the relation between business performance and Corporate culture, and research from economics view. Secondly describe the mode and steps of building of coporate culture in HG company, Also the reaseach of the building processes including investigate and survey, design, implementing and consolidation. At last summarize the direct and indirect performance.The results indicated that, with the building of personalized Corporate culture which is most important to their term developmenmt, enterprises could be improved effectively on Arousing the enthusiasm and creativity of employees, raising staff quality, management performance and indirect performance. Meanwhile, the building effectiveness can be understood by measuring of corporate culture.In short, the research can supply certain directive significance for companies on the building of their Corporate culture.
