At last summarize the direct and indirect performance.The results indicated that, with the building of personalized Corporate culture which is most important to their term developmenmt, enterprises could be improved effectively on Arousing the enthusiasm and creativity of employees, raising staff quality, management performance and indirect performance. Meanwhile, the building effectiveness can be understood by measuring of corporate culture.In short, the research can supply certain directive significance for companies on the building of their Corporate culture.
