The New Rural Construction Of Informatization Project Management Methods

In the twenty-first century, information has become our main communication withthe outside world, information has been changing the way we learn, work and life.Throughout the world, whether in industry, finance or in agriculture, information hasbeen playing an indispensable role in dominating the history of changes. As the world’slargest developing country, develop and take the use of information technology, hasincreasingly become an important means to improve national productivity for now andthe future. Similarly, with the world’s largest population of farmers, we shouldvigorously develop the information construction in rural areas, take advantage of theinformation technology to improve production and living standards of rural farmers.During the decade since entering the new millennium, the state has invested amounts offoundation to develop information technology in rural areas, and initial results havebeen achieved.Under such an encouraging and exciting context, whether or not can we make agood development of information construction in rural areas has become the first andmost important issue to explore and study. This article is taking this point intoconsideration, with the purpose of developing the rural area information; through theuse of project management principles to solve the problems encountered in theinformation construction in rural areas. This paper described the current construction ofnew rural background and current situation, explained the need of informationtechnology construction in new rural areas, furthermore, we make the analysis on themain problems emerged in the current information construction in new rural areas.Subsequently, we elaborated the theory and application of project management, putforward the information project management, by the way of project managementmethods to solve the problems of information construction in new rural areas, theformation of a new rural information construction project management method, andthough which may this method be a reference for the new rural informationconstruction.
