LN Solar Group is a fast growing private enterprises, as the company grew, the internal and external business environment changes, high demands for high-quality human resources is increasing. Therefore, enhance staff training, strengthen talent development, set up a troop of employees with professional technology and fit mind-set accordingly with the corporate culture become the important support and guarantee for the sustainable development of the company. At present, the training work of LN Solar Group is still relatively weak, especially there is no perfect training system. Therefore, the training system research and design for LN Solar Group is particularly important.This paper firstly make an analysis to the current situation of LN Solar Group, and also to human resources management and the training work. The problems of training conducted by systematic analysis, pointed out that the training is a systematic work, the most important thing is to build a complete set of training system, in order to suit the development needs of the company, to standardize the management of the training system.Based on the analysis of the problems and the conclusion that improving the construction of training system is first requirement, this article focuses on the organization of training system, training course system, internal trainer team building, implementation of training management system and training evaluation system. As LN Solar Group is the subsidiary group of LN group, and it still have three subsidiary company below, building a corresponding system and work flow of training in the group to fit the complex training responsibilities inside is needed. According to company strategy and the actual situation, the article builds up basic training, skills training and management training courses system, formulate internal trainer selection, training, evaluation method to set up the internal trainers team. And also, the article engages to further standardize the training implementation system, including training needs survey, training plan making, training implementation, supervision and training effect evaluation, so that to make it more fit in line with the actual situation of the company. At the same time, in order to make the training more scientific, meet the need of talent development, the article designed the competency model, and the talent development process. This paper is based on the author’s practical work and research in LN Solar Group. The training system design is not only in theory, it is also learn from a number of excellent foreign companies. And it has been implemented in the company partly, got good output in several aspects. So it can also be reference for other companies, especially the private company in rapid growing period..
