Currently, project management focused on project implementation stage. Althoughtheory has been very good for the project implementation process of projectmanagement. The uncertainty of project management theory in more aspects of largesystem sales is still rare. For sales-oirented system in terms of operators, each projecttracking, communication, testing, sales stage of considerable complexity, the projectmanagement ideas and technical methods used in carirer systems try to sell, how in thelarge system Sales Project Management Technology Application Project is of greatsignificance: On the one hand, can enrich the project management theory and marketingtheory; On the other hand, help to improve the quality and level of sales managers,reasonable arrangement, conifguration, sales resources,improve the competitiveness ofenterpirses.In this paper, during the sales process of Shandong Unicom hotel VOD system, thefeasibility of applying the progress and irsk control of the project management theorycontrol theory are researched. The research has innovation someway. Not only theconclusion that project management theory can be used in the large systems salesprogram is drawn, but also found the project management theory for the large systemssales program deifciencies: factors such as customer relationship is diiffcult to show,and so on. Finally, this paper presents the future to ifirther improve project managementtechnology needs to be better applied to large-scale marketing projects,and furtherresearch directions are discussed.
