At present, a great quantity of post80’s employees entering the workplace, have been the main power of enterprises. But because of the pressure from every aspect of life, a problem enterprise managers must face is that periods of burnout of80’s employees turn up. How to improve the disadvantages for enterprises and reduce the turnover has been an important task to managers.Since the1970s, job burnout has become a popular subject under research and an important concern for career counselors. The past studies show that job burnout had significant influence on turnover intention. However, with regard to existing research on burnout, those mainly focused on its existence within special groups just like teachers, doctors and so on, but few on employees from enterprises. Psychological contact is a kind of an underlying contact between the employees and the organizations. So this paper will research the burnout behavior of80’s employees based on the psychological contact.The main content of this paper may include four parts. Literature summarization mainly sum up past research, such as studies aimed at80’s employees; research production on psychological contact which contains the concept definition and distinguishing feature of psychological contact, studies of configurable dimension and the measuring of extent; research production on career burnout, which consists of concept definition and distinguishing feature of burnout, studies of configurable dimension and the measuring of extent, antecedents variable quantity dealing with measuring, effect burnout bring out, the relationship between psychological contact and career burnout; the project of research process includes definition of variable quantity, research hypothesis, tools and samples choice. And definition of variable quantity is divided into definition of psychological contact and definition of career burnout. Research hypothesis will be checked among the relationship of psycho(?)ogical contact, career burnout and demography variable quantity. At the end of the project of research process, tools and scales used in this paper are showed here. The analysis part of empirical study mainly includes scales checkout of reliability and validity, descriptive statistical analysis, variance analysis of demography variable quantity based on psychological contact and career burnout, dependency analysis and regression analysis between psychological contact and career burnout. The last part includes conclusion and inspiration. Besides, the limit of this research and future direction is explained as well.Through analysis after reading lots of related literature, the measuring of concept makes use of questionnaire form Liyuan (2002) and general MBI-GS42scale. Then the process of data analysis makes use of SPSS20.0and AMOS20.0. The research has achieved its goal through analysis and gets some useful variable quantity which can explain the dependent variable at utmost. This may help managers with the improving of degree of satisfaction and laxation of career burnout for80’s employees.
