This paper expounds the basic theory, research methods and research status from domestic and abroad of human engineering. It also summarizes the supermarket display design features of the internal layout. The ergonomics theory system is used in supermarket layout shows. And on that basis, It put forward the supermarket layout design of humanized design method.Firstly,Through the analysis of ergonomics in design of the display, it research human’s Space scale factors in shows from the human body measurement scales, supermarket move line design; Research human’s system environment factors in shows from the lighting, color, sound, micro climate conditions and so on. In the display design of human psychological factors and customer fatigue, it studies the personal space and emotional expression, customers to buy model and motivation, customer types and consumption behavior habits. This paper proposes reasonable flow density, per capita space, streamline design and channel optimization accord with the supermarkets environment requirements; Internal environment factors of the reference index; Channel, shelves, booth and other relevant anthropometric various reference data.Secondly, on the basis of theoretical analysis, do evaluation of the internal layout of the supermarket design. And make the optimization scheme according to the evaluation results. Put the theory research and practice together, applied ergonomics research methods to provide design Suggestions and parameters. The main research in a supermarket, service facilities planning, and supermarket shelves design layout, the operation department, background environment design, display, streamline and channel optimization. Design optimization scheme from supermarket change line and poured optimization, scale for optimization, based on the customer, the consumption psychology of the optimization of the three aspects.The main innovation points is to take field observation and questionnaire investigation method, combined with consumption behavior research and the ergonomics, find ergonomics and consumption psychology of two subjects crossover, through the layout design improvement, improve the layout design of human level, and improve customer satisfaction.This article on the supermarket internal design for the human engineering research, the research method and conclusions for the design of large-scale comprehensive supermarket has certain directive significance.
