The Humanization Principle is the core principles of human resources management under the conditions of modern enterprise. In accordance with the humanization principle, science advancing human resources management, is an inevitable choice which makes the modern enterprise profit in the market competition. Researching and analying from the perspective of ethics, the inevitability of humanization principle, the foundation, content and structure of the ethics ideological, the article offers the ethical basis for the principle implemented and resolves the issue of the ethical misconduct lacking in the modern enterprise.The text is divided into six parts. The first is the Introduction. It outlines the background, nature, significance and the research conditions domestic and abroad of the humanization principles, and makes the theme.The second component is "the Human Principle' Inevitability". The first is the inevitable result of the evolution of enterprise patterns. When the enterprise entere the modern enterprise-stage, that the human resources overing other factors of production, makes the enterprises implement human resources management at the request of humanization. The second is the inevitable trend that the model human-management from to the resources management. Compared to the welfare of personnel and personnel management, it hignlights the centrality of the human person. To improve people's quality and tap human potential, we must improve management methods to enable management activities more in line with human nature. The third is the demanding of the Knowledge Eonomy Era. The Knowledge Eonomy is "The Mind's Economy". In order to knowledge capital effectiveness and full value-added, we must respect the knowledgeholders at all management dimensions.The third part is "the Humanization Principles' Ethical Ideological Foundation." The first is the analysis of the Traditional Human Nature Theory and the Marxist Human Nature Theory. This is the basic premise of understanding of the human principle. The second is the analysis of the Needing Theory, which is the humanization principle' impetus. The third is the exploring on the "economic person" and "moral person" unified, which is the components that the humanization principle based on the principle of absorption.The part IV is " the Humanization Principles' Basic Content". It contains four elements which is the objective, the starting point, the implement principles and the implement ways, and six characteristics which is affective, democratic, initiative, cultural and normative.The part V is " the Humanization Principles' Technology Framework". The first is the humanization principle' triple harmony. Through dealing well with the triple relations, it creates a climate conducive for the best human resources effectiveness harmony environment. The triple relations contains the harmony of the management objects and subjects, the harmony of natural and legal, and the harmony between management objects. The second is the three-tier principle humanization moral realm. Form contract, psychological contract, and the social contract, constitute the main achievement of the humanization principle model. The conscious conscience mechanism is an important way which realises humanization principle. The integrity protection basing on self-restraint is an important guarantee of the humanization principles. The third is the three control factors of the humanization principle. The opinion based on the influence is the public impetus which realises humanization principle. Known as the invisible hand, the market is is a cruel and impartial justice of the humanization principle.The legal control is the bottom line of the humanization principle. The management of subject and object of the humanization principle are both respected by the law, within the law.The Part VI is the Conclusion. The conclusion reads: the enterprises relise their objectives and make progress with the persons' development and progress.
