Supermarket is known as a great innovation of the world's retail industry. In recent years, our supermarkets in chain have witnessed a rapid development, becoming the main growing point of China's commerce. The primary thing for the supermarkets in chain to do is to decide its positions and allocations of the net spots, and the position selections are supposed to have direct relations with supermarkets'performance. Lots of classical theorys and models of supermarket's location have been put forward in alian countrys, which guide and prompt the progress of their supermarkets in chain. However, on one hand, thanks to the differences of survival environments as well as resident's consuming behaviours between China and foreign countrys, we can't copy alian models wholly; on the other hand, researches of the position theory being carried out scarcely on the foundation of our own real situations are still filled with many shortages.Recently , it's also very common to find those phenomena concerning about a number of markets, such as expanding their scales actively, choosing locations relatively close, selecting net spots unreasonably, ect. Consequently, with supermarket's dramatic developing trends, it's extremely urgent to conduct further researches on the postion of supermarkets, and to establish a set of scientific and adoptable methods to choose supermarket's location appropriately.In this thesis, the author firstly makes a brief profile of supermarkets and supermarket commercial circles in order to figure out disadvantages exsiting in both China and foreign countrys in the field of supermarket location. Secondly, the author makes deeper researches on the commercial circle theory. Based on China's stats-quo, the aouther continue to analysize factors that affect supermarket location and choose decisive influecing ones, compare all kinds of models, modify distance parameter D, and come up with new supermarket position model. Thirdly, on the basis of the fresh position model and urban commercial layout theory, a supermarket central layout model is set up, which is also applied to advance district supermarket penetrating degree. The model and penetrating degree are to perfect theory of supermarket layout and location, to demonstrate the discrepency between penetrating sparsity and commercial circle saturated degree, and to fix position schemes through comparing evaluated address of supermarket penetrating degree. Finnaly, in the light of above-mentioned study, the author compiles and composes simulated system procedures, followed by collecting and handling actual data from Nanjing District. Subsequently, these data are input into the simulated system to simulate, whose results are to be analysized to conduct the empirical study.Innovative points: (1) establish novel location model in the light of modifying algorithm of parameter D; (2) advance supermarket central layout model; (3) raising supermarket penetrating degree as evaluated reference; (4) compile and compose system procedures to simulate based on the theory that posed in this thesisThis research assignment aims to solve the actual problems appearing in our country's supermarket location, to ampliy and enrich the theory of our supermarket layout and location , and to provide China's supermarket owners with decision-making reference to expand scales together with position net spots.
