Entrepreneur plays an important part in the development of the country and the improvement of our society. It has been thirty years since our country's reform and opening up. We have a lot of great and funded enterprises, no matter state-owned companies or private enterprises are the proof of development of china's economic. In the next thirty years, if our economy wants a steady and great progress, the driving force is lots of great enterprises and the prerequisite is creating a group of high-quality entrepreneurs, the venture entrepreneurs are the core of this group and what they concern is how to success in the process. The target of this thesis is to discuss the relationship of entrepreneur human capital and entrepreneurial performance. At first, we summary the human capital theory and the entrepreneurial performance theory, in order to propose a wilder human capital category based on the predecessors'work. In this paper, we point out that entrepreneur human capital not only includes education, work experience, capability, productive endeavors, but also entrepreneurship-specific human capital, business owner experience.This is the innovation from the research of predecessors. Entrepreneurial performance is divided into three parts, entrepreneurial innovation performance, enterprise growth performance and enterprise lifecycle performance. Then we make a deeply analysis of the relationship between them and make hypothesis, so as to make sure supposes. The target is the people who are lack of entrepreneurship-specific human capital can also succeed, business owner experience can help the entrepreneur to be successful.
