| Our national industry faces both opportunities and challenges in this period, it is not onlya realistic need, but also a strategic measure to improve our comprehensive national strengthby constructing industry technology innovation platform focusing on the self-development,guiding the development of industrial innovation with the ideology of platformstrategy, exerting the comprehensive advantages of an integrated platform, breakingthrough the obstacles existing in the development of industry with accuracy, combining theindustrial technology, system, management, information and services.On the basis of absorbing and drawing lessons from many previous relevant researchresults, the paper introduces the related theories of industrial technology innovation platformand evaluation theories of Innovation platform. Based on the literatures review, this paperselects the initial indicator variables about effectiveness evaluation of industrial technologyinnovation platform. And then the paper analyzes the effectiveness of industrial technologyinnovation platform of21cities in Guangdong province in2010.By using factor analysis, thepaper extracts four common factors and analyzes the single factor score of the four evaluationindexes including the achievement of science and technology and the level of enterprisetechnology innovation, industrialization of high technology, the efficiency of resource use andenvironmental improvement level. On the basis of these research, this paper calculates thecomprehensive factor score of industrial technology innovation platform of21cities inGuangdong province. Finally, the paper ranks the operation efficiency of industrialtechnology innovation platform of21cities in Guangdong province in order to furthercomparative analysis the efficiency of technology innovation in Guangdong Province.According to the results of empirical research, this paper obtains the result that Shenzhenwas the first of the comprehensive factor score of effective evaluation index. Then, the paperanalyzes the reason why Shenzhen city had a very high efficiency of industrial technologyinnovation. At last, the paper put forward policy suggestions about how to improve theoperation efficiency of industry technology innovation platform in Guangdong Province. |
