Continuous Innovation Ability Evaluation And Analysis Of High Technology Industry In Hebei Province

This article takes the high technology industry continuous innovation ability of Hebei province as the object of study and uses vertical and horizontal contrast to analyze the present situation of the high technology industry continuous innovation ability of Hebei province. Moreover, factor analysis method was applied for detailed analysis. This article has some theoretical and practical significance for the upgrading of the continuous innovation ability of the high technology industry in Hebei province.Firstly, on the basis of the relevant domestic and international high technology industry continuous innovation theory summary of the evaluation, this article makes a clear definition of the industrial innovation, continuous innovation, the high technology industry, industrial continuous innovation capability, introduces and compares the high technology industry continuous innovation capability comprehensive evaluation methods.Secondly, according to the principles of evaluation, index system is constructed. This index system includes three primary indicators and eleven secondary indicators. At the same time, this article chooses the factor analysis method to evaluate based on the introduction and comparison of some methods of evaluation. Thirdly, this article uses vertical and horizontal contrast to do empirical measurement and analyze the high technology industry continuous innovation ability of 30 provinces, cities, autonomous regions(except Tibet),and uses factor analysis method to measure, then finds out the issue of the technology industry continuous innovation ability in Hebei Province. Finally,this article proposes suggestion to increase the continuous innovation ability in Hebei Province.
