In recent years, grain production safety has become the focus of attention by the international community. China is a large agricultural and most populous country. It has very far-reaching impact of national and international economy on grain production safety. Heilongjiang Province is an important grain production base in China. It has a very important position to ensure grain security in grain production. How to solve the issues of the food security brought by the continued growth of population. It comes to the stable and sustainable development of the grain production. So this article research on the evaluation of agriculture sustainable development in Heilongjiang Province based on grain production safety.Heilongjiang is one of the first eco-pilot province in China, with local characteristics in grain production safety and the sustainable development of agriculture.
