Study On Influence Factors And Countermeasure Of Grain Production In Heilongjiang Province

In company with transfer of the main production area to the north, studying the development countermeasure and probing into questions of food production have operation significance to the development of Heilongjiang food production.Influenced by integration with international trade, China would further open the food market to the world, bulwark of trade, exhaustion of resources, worriment of energy resource, lack of technology, weakness of production come to the surface gradually. The grain production of Heilongjiang province is facing the pressure of survival and development, if Heilongjiang wants to develop food industry better, it must enhance competitive power, and integrate with the international market.Due to the changes of international environment, Heilongjiang is confronted with opportunity of development and impact on system, innovation, and thought. In this paper, base on the study and investigation of the history and actuality of Heilongjiang grain production, the consequence of Heilongjiang was analyzed in our nation's food production. Under the condition of accelerating cutthroat competition of resource, the changed situation of total yield, yield of per unit area, price, cost, and income of main crops, soybean, rice, and corn in Heilongjiang years was contrasted and analyzed in the recent. The increase of stockbreeding and economic crop partially effect the food production in Heilongjiang. Through the analysis of data, the correlativity was elaborated between Heilongjiang grain production and total agricultural output, based on the analysis of advantage compared with Jilin, Liaoning, and Mongolia in cost, price, and income, We put forward the problems of Heilongjiang grain production and make suggestions to resolve the problems.
