Inner Mongolia Lh-zd Coal-fired Power Plant Operation Management Research

Inner Mongolia, which is China’s coal resources in the western region, is not only one of the most enriched regions, but also the most concentrated areas of thermal power plants. A large number of thermal powers are both rapid economic development booster in Inner Mongolia and important part of the total Inner Mongolia economy. Thereby, increasing thermal business management has important practical significance.The paper analyzes ZD power plant in Inner Mongolia using SWOT analysis method. The paper also summarizes the main problems and the advantages, disadvantages the ZD power faced. Through analysis of the problems, optimization, which is mainly about security management, maintenance management, information management, environmental operations management and human resource management are discussed, especially, environmental operations management, the author thinks the enterprise can create profit growth pole through environmental operating. Through the implementation of these optimization strategies, the author hopes to improve the operational efficiency and corporate profits of power plants in Inner Mongolia, such as ZD and western plants in Inner Mongolia.
