Circulating water constitutes the main part of water demand of a fire power plant, and water is the indispensable material to run an electricity generation system. The operating status of water circulating system concerns the general water consumption of the power plant.Based on the on-site conditions of Jinzhou Petrochemical Thermo-electric Plant, this work discusses the problems on water circulating technology, equipment and personnel.Some problems arise concerning water circulating technology. Circulating water sometimes could not meet the quality standards. Leakage may occur due to corrosion of the equipment that constitutes the system. All these may lead to production fluctuation and even shutdown. Based on water characters, different circulating water treatment technologies are compared, and the most suitable treatment method that can meet the requirement is determined.In equipment management, protective measures are applied ahead of operation. The aim is the effective control fouling and corrosion of water circulating system. Water quality management comes out to be the key issue. The optimum mode of composite scale prevention is worked out for water circulating system, and a project that can effectively control water specifications is proposed.Concerning personnel, an applicable position management program is formulated, this program may prevent operator from mishandling that may lead water quality deterioration.Through the above-mentioned studies, circulating water operation management project and countermeasure can be made. Fouling and corrosion issues of circulating water are under control, and the system may operate safely and stably on long term .The research results of this work is theoretically instructive and may be popularized to other thermal power plants in water quality management, equipment routine inspection ,equipment maintenance and chemical supervision. |
