Evaluation Of Urban Niche Under The Construction Of "Two-oriented Society" Background In Changsha、 Zhuzhou And Xiangtan

City has developed to a society-economy-nature complex settlement form in the long history through the consumption of resources and the influence of environment, which is the crystallization of human civilization and the cradle of social progress. With the growing of city development speed, the issues it brings has become more and more obvious. How to make a comprehensive evaluation to city development is the research direction for more and more scholars in recent years. The essay made a comprehensive evaluation to the status and the development trend of city development by using ecological niches theory in ecology, which contained the following seven parts.Part one It described the theory and practice background of city development evaluation, bringing in ecological niches and introduced the basic study ways and framework.Part two It comprehensively described niche theory and applicant study at home and abroad. And it mainly contained the study status of niche concept theory domestic and overseas, the research progress of niche metrics, the comprehensive description of urban niche and the other applications of niche theory in city development.Part three It described the premium of main basic theory in city niche research. Part four It established an index system of urban ecological niches and made its evaluation ways sure.Part five The main part of the essay was to evaluate Changs ha、 Zhuzhou and Xiangtan these three cities in Urban Niches ways. First, I collected the relevant datas about the index of Urban Niches standing for Changsha、Zhuzhou and Xiangtan, and then measured the standardized datas with the principal component analysis, which was analyzed from two aspects:time and space. In time axis, it respectively came up with an evaluation of the three cities in city development in recent five years. In space axis, it evaluated the development status and trend of them by measuring Urban Niches of them in2010and drew the space structure of them with coreldraw soft.Part six On basis of the fourth part, it posed some suggestions on regulation of three cities Urban Niches, mainly including two aspects:the first one was the regional development strategy to the whole city community of Changsha、Zhuzhou and Xiangtan, and the second was the different development situation in three cities.Part seven It made a conclusion of the essay, including the main idea of it, the points of innovations and deficiencies and the development direction in study in the future.
