Huguan Taihang Mountain Grand Canyon can not be copied, unique tourism resources and culture connotation, has the potential of leap-forward development and opportunity,but due to the lack of in-depth development, the Grand Canyon is in the primary development state, after the founding of the company is the first in the area to carry on the deep level development, favor the long term development.This article take the Changzhi Huguan County Taihang Mountain Canyon company as the research object, through consulting data, a variety of materials and field research, investigation, the comprehensive use of a variety of economic strategy and management theory, rigorous structure analysis of the Huguan Taihang Mountain Grand Canyon tourist company’s environmental industry, macro environment and its resources advantages and weaknesses and opportunities put forward the Grand Canyon of the Taihang Mountain tourism company diversified development strategy and competitive strategy of differentiation, and focus from the market plan and project planning two aspects to put forward the strategy of the specific implementation plan. Discussed Huguan to the Grand Canyon of the Taihang Mountain tourism company’s strategic planning and scenic areas of deep development problem.By studying on scenic depth development and corporate strategy, draw the conclusion:the Grand Canyon of the Taihang Mountain tourism company should make full use of the resources of their own unique advantages, the use of state and local government preferential policies, the company to conduct a comprehensive planning, accurate positioning, through the implementation of diversification strategy, internationalization strategy, integration strategy, product differentiation strategy and brand strategy, from domestic and foreign advanced company development experience, on the scenic depth of development, make the company gets full-scale development, so as to enhance the core competence of the corporation. This study methods and the train of thought of company strategy management has important significance, the results of the company’s strategy has a direct role in guiding, and to the same industry in other areas of strategic research and development have a certain reference value.
