The study of tourist destination is an important part of tourism geography. As an essential part of tourist destinations, tourist community has enjoyed great concerns of the researchers. At present, there are many studies about tourists and their satisfaction, aiming at promoting the development of tourist communities. All these studies are actually for the good of the tourists. However, the number of related researches to the residents of the communities, who are playing an important role in the communities, is relatively small. So the tourism community economy culture and interests research should get the attention of the academic circles, which is the important content in the research of tourism community. Taking Shaanxi Jinsi Grand Canyon tourist community as an example, this paper constructed the index system of well-being evaluation based on quantities of literature. A systematic study of well-being was carried out quantitatively and qualitatively.(1) Domestic and international research progress and basic theories was summarized on theory. Results showed that current researches focused on content, research framework, scales of well-being, which were fulfilled and Productive, but fewer results about quantitatively of well-being. This paper constructed the index system of well-being evaluation based on quantities of literature. The well-being of community residents was evaluated and its characteristic was analyzed. Finally, this article discussed the spatial distribution perforation and the factors of community residents’ well-beings.(2) Taking Shaanxi Jinsi Grand Canyon tourist community as an example, Well-being among different types of families presents different discipline. Family size and householders’ age show non-linear relationship with well-being; levels of householders’ education, the number of family labor, the number of industries that the residents engaged in, the operating area and the number of trainings that the residents received show a positive correlation with the level of well-being; the periods of participation in tourism, the degree of policy perception as well as different location conditions leads to significant differences in family well-being. Comparison of the three areas shows that Luo huagou Area is the highest in the dimension of income, Tai ziping Area does best in dimensions of basic living conditions and interpersonal; Dannan Area is the highest in health dimension and security dimension. Comparison between farmers that involved in tourism and farmers that didn’t show little differences in dimensions of income and security; values in the dimension of the basic living conditions show that farmers who participated in tourism is far more higher than those who did not; famers who uninvolved in tourism show higher score in interpersonal relationships than those who involved in the dimension of interpersonal relationships; farmers who involved in tourism show higher value in mean ratio of the well-being than those who didn’t.(3) The spatial differentiation rule of tourism well-being in Jinsi Grand Canyon is:the Level of well being in Tai ziping Village Area is the highest, then is the Luo huagou village area, and finally is the area of Dannan village. With the Tai zipping village as the center, the well-being Level is shows a rule that decreasing towards the ends of roads on spatial. Geographical conditions, land resources, infrastructure, differences of income source are the main factors of differences on well-being. Comparison of the three areas shows that Luo huagou Area is the highest in the dimension of income, Tai ziping Area does best in dimensions of basic living conditions and interpersonal; Dannan Area is the highest in health dimension and security dimension.(4) The mechanism of influence factors of well-being differences have been analyzed from the farmers’ own factors, location, topographic factors and the degree of participation in tourism with interview and dynamic analysis. Studies suggest that farmers’ own factors, location, topographic factors and the degree of participation in tourism are main influence factors of well-being differences.
