With In this paper, we considerate the economic loss of natural disasters from aneconomic scope, and systematically discussed the economic loss assessment methods.Through analyze the basic economics theory and explore economic foundation ofdisaster loss measurement, we think the economic loss caused people’s welfare changein real terms.
