Current Study On The Efficiency And Fairness Of Income Distribution In China

Since reforming and opening, the national economy of our country has improvedsignificantly, but the income distribution fairness and efficiency caused by unbalanceof dweller income gap continues to expand. The efficiency and fairness in incomedistribution which is not harmonious have affected the social stability anddevelopment. Therefore, further study of the efficiency in income allocation andfairness in our country, to deepen our understanding of the relationship between thetwo, is helpful for us to solve the problem of the efficiency in income allocation andfairness at present. It is not only related to our country’s income distribution systemreform, matter to our country to2020comprehensive well-off the implementation oftarget of society, but also related to China’s construction of socialist harmonioussociety.This paper draws lessons and absorbs the results of previous studies, through theanalogy induction method combing different school on the concept of efficiency andfairness in income distribution. To further deepen the connotations of the efficiencyand the fairness, they can be divided into the economic efficiency and the socialefficiency, economic fairness and social fairness. Economic efficiency is the economicactivity of the effective disposition of natural resources. Social efficiency is theeffective allocation of social resources, which reflects the social function of thesystem state. Economic fairness which emphasizes market competition participants isfair, is to guarantee the normal order of the market economy and promoting economicefficiency. Social fairness which stresses that all members of the society is fair, is toguarantee the basic rights of all members of society and social stability. By combingthe history since reform and opening up of the area of income distribution efficiencyand fairness, this paper has a further discussion on its influence factors. Researchshows that, in promoting the development of society and economy at the same time,we must safeguard social fairness at a significant position, we should safeguard socialjustice policies, regulations, system, and continuously improve the social security system, the assignment of interest. According to the economic fairness and socialfairness and efficiency level relations, we can realize the dynamic balance ofefficiency and fairness.
