The corporate culture is the soul of an enterprise in the21st century today, the corporate culture more and more the concern of managers and researchers, has played a pivotal role in enterprise development. Chinese enterprises on the corporate culture of understanding time is shorter, but its importance has been a consensus among the backwardness in technology, management, market has allowed us to deeply tasted the bitter taste of China for several thousand years of culture accumulation makes us may be able to excel and lead the world, but first and foremost we must better understand the corporate culture connotation. Chinese domestic enterprises, mostly in the initial stages of understanding of corporate culture, our understanding of corporate culture are mostly from the foreign article come during the building of enterprise culture, we are inevitably faced with this or that question:what is corporate culture?
