Research On Corporate Culture Construction In Harbin FRP Institute

Contemporary global economy and culture has been gradually moving towards "integration" of development,and mixture and interpenetration between economy and culture is growing strongly.Companies have gone into comprehensive enterprise culture management era.Corporate culture management lies in the research and development,production,sales,service and other aspects.Corporate culture construction is the spirit and the driving force of the future development for a company,and is also conduct self-constraint of the company social code.That the sustainable and healthy development of a company needs corporate culture management has reached a consensus.Through the analysis on the development environment abroad and home of composite and the present situation and existing problems of H Institute,it was thought in the paper that,the key to realizing the leaping sustained development of H Institute lies in the combination of the new enterprise culture concept and vitality and applying the culture to all stages and process of enterprise operation.Changing concepts by culture,promoting behavioral change by concepts and creating profits by behaviors establish positive corporate spirit and guide employee ideas and codes of conduct,establish the circumstance of cooperation,pioneering,and the realize the maximization of the corporate and the personal value.In this paper,the research situation abroad and domestically of enterprise culture construction and development firstly were summarized,corporate culture development status of H Institute was revealed by reviewing carefully corporate culture development process and data analysis on the basis of the questionnaire.The existing problems and causes for H Institute were analyzed in the development of corporate culture.And in the dramatic changes of the global politics,economics and culture today,new direction of enterprise culture construction of H Institute was got,presenting corporate ideal identity systems,behavior identify system and visual identity system as the core policy for the optimization and cultural deep cultivation strategies.Finally,the implementation and guarantee measures of enterprises culture construction promotion of H Institute were put forward.
